Happy 6 weeks old and Thanksgiving

Here Mateo is showing Aunt Erin and Uncle Marty that he finally fits in the track suit...and of course Noah has to get in on the action.

Who said eating healthy isn't a lot of fun? (did I mention really messy?)

Granny brought back treasures from Cousin Jackson's 1st Birthday party for the boys...did they have fun or what! Thanks Aunt Missy and Jackson...Happy Birthday!

I love this picture of our boys!! The play so well together (most of the time!)

If you don't know this about Noah...here it is in full glory! Noah LOVES to play dress up! Any type of glasses and hats...

Showing Grandpa how Mateo is learning to read! Grandpa came over and shoveled the driveway with the boys (since Josh was very sick the whole week and it had snowed a lot!...Thanks Grandpa for the shoveling and the quality time spent with the boys OUTSIDE!! :))

Esther just starting to smile and coo...

Granny and Papaw visiting on Friday after Thanksgiving...during a break from the hospital...Aunt Mindy was in labor (for days...) and now has given birth to a beautiful baby boy named Nathanial Theodore!! Yeah for all our boy cousins!

Later Friday night we had Thanksgiving dinner because Josh was finally starting to feel better. Here is our version of Thanksgiving dinner this year...gluten free, dairy free, soy free, corn free, nuts, apples, and so much more free...YET SO THANKFUL FOR OUR FOOD!!! It was special and good!

We decided to try 3 new varieties of specialty squash (Mateo is our squash lover!!) We loved the little one the best!

Quinoa Tabuli

Cornish Game Hens with fresh herbs

Mashed Yukon Gold Potatoes with Coconut milk

Fresh Green Salad

And to top it off...Pumkin Custard with Whipped Coconut Milk!!

Yummy...if you don't believe us look at our faces...

Also...VERY HOT...I love this face of Josh's...very genuene :)
